Coming off a wonderful week in Wisconsin for the Ryder Cup, the regular PGA Tour schedule kicks back up with a trip to Mississippi for the Sanderson Farms Championship. This event, played at the Country Club of Jackson, has been at this course since 2014 and leaves us with a solid amount of data to dig through. 

There is not much to the course, normally playing close to one stroke below par for the field and the winners typically finish around -20. The rough isn’t penal, which points to distance being more of a factor than accuracy off the tee and we’ve seen this tournament turn into a putting contest since playing here. Sergio Garcia was the only winner dating back to 2015 season to win while gaining less than 1.5 strokes per round...
