Tuesday is a medium-sized slate of NBA action. We have only five games on tap. The spread and total markets are on point — I did not find anything with a big edge on either of those. I did find a few best bets in the prop market using our FTN NBA Prop bet model. Make sure to enter the FTN Bets NBA discord looking for updates on best bets as the day goes on.

NBA Points Prop Bet

Zion Williamson Over 27.5 Points

(+100, DraftKings Sportsbook)

Zion Williamson has gone over this in five of the last six games. He’s averaging 31 points per game during this run. The injury to Brandon Ingram opened a void in the Pelicans scoring. With Ingram ruled out again, Zion should continue to fill that void.

NBA Assist Prop Bet

James Harden Over 9.5 Assists

(-115, DraftKings Sportsbook)

James Harden returned three games ago and has topped 10 assists in each of the last two. He’s gone over in seven of 12 on the season. As long as Tyrese Maxey stays out, Harden is going to be the trigger man in this offense. He’s averaging over 10 on the season, and this is a plus matchup in terms of pace and scoring potential that should have him playing more toward his ceiling.

NBA Rebound Prop Bet

Jonas Valanciunas Under 9.5 Rebounds

(-106, FanDuel Sportsbook)

Jonas Valanciunas is a rebounding machine, but the machine has played under 24 minutes per game this year. He’s averaging about 9 rebounds per game — if he was playing 30-plus, I’d love him for a double-double tonight. I know his numbers have been good, but the truth is it’s unsustainable to expect the rebounding to remain this high with the minutes this low.
